a nudge
a mild and very pleasing current
across my frontal lobes
stirring impulse
the idea
of you
as poetry
Commentary:
A few days ago I came across a personal ad (a random wandering) with an interesting poetic request. In lovely form the gentleman asked to correspond via poetry. Here is what I sent. I share it because it is the first time I have written on demand and unmotivated by a need to express a strong feeling. I like the way it turned out. Honestly, what do you think?

Hi Gail,
it is lovely to see you around again.
I really like your response.
That is interesting corresponding via poetry. Kind of romantic
will come visit again

I love your poetry, Gayle! And what an interesting guy already, huh?
I'm thinking that it's really all about the poetry. While not impossible, personal ad Love seems highly improbable (eHarmony ads not withstanding).
The challenge of writing in complement/contradiction to another is very appealing to me, right now. I'll let the rest of it sort itself out in its own time.
Gayle
Sorry Gayle
I spelt your name wrong in my first comment
I keep forgetting it is like mine
once again love the poem
have a great day!
